2025 AUCC DDEP Summer Bridge Program

Welcome to AUCC DDEP Summer Bridge!

The AUCC DDEP Summer Bridge Program is a six-week intensive summer program. This program is designed to prepare students who have been accepted into the AUCC Dual-Degree Engineering Program for the rigor of the engineering curriculum at the AUCC, introduce leadership opportunities and careers in engineering, and to familiarize students with Atlanta University Center institutions and the college experience.

Students will experience classes in Engineering Design and Pre-Calculus courses giving a deep dive into choosing engineering as a major. In addition to these classes, students will attend industry tours of the most prominent engineering companies in Atlanta, networking with professionals and learning about career opportunities available through internships and after graduation.

The DDEP Summer Bridge Program highlights the necessity of being prepared, dedicated to academic excellence, learning in an environment geared toward your future career and a chance to meet other students with like interests.

Admission to this program is limited to only 30 students (ten(10) students from each of the three undergraduate AUCC institutions) attending one of the institutions in the fall.

Program Duration (programmatic active dates): Monday, June 9, 2025 - Friday, July 18, 2025.
